Microsoft Surface Pro 4 To Be Unveiled In October

Microsoft and Samsung to collaborate for Surface Pro 4.

As reported by a popular publication platform Digitimes recently, Microsoft has collaborated with Samsung Electronics where a deal has been signed between the two. The company will now use the technology for Surface Pro 3. This initiative has thus resulted in a delay in terms of the supply chain industry with the launch of 2-in-1 to shart the shipping on mass level of the hardware for the gadget by September, FY15.  This is likely to be available in the market by October, FY15.

A rumor has been penetrating according to which Samsung has placed an order that is relatively larger for 256 GB SSDs by Samsung. However, we do not really know at this point of time whether this order has been place for Surface Pro 4 or some other Microsoft product.

As said the next generation of the Microsoft surface tablets will also provide the similar screen size that will be relatively larger than the processor equipped a good frame size and “ultra-thin form factor”. The Skylake chips by Intel Corporation will be a part of these new tablets. These are said to be better than Core i3, i5 and i7 with an ability to give more efficient results along with the power of Windows 10.

As reports suggests, the sales of Microsoft Surface Pro 3 have targeted 300,000 units for each month since the time it has been released. Microsoft at this point wishes that it can reach 600,000 unites for each month. This is a relatively big target which Microsoft wishes to achieve now.

A decline has been observed in the sales of tablets where users are now more comfortable in buying phablets over tablets, the reason is simple, a tablet cannot be converted into a smartphone but a phablet gives more leverage and usage options. However, laptop tablets are not likely to embrace a downturn because they can be used on mass level by enterprises and have certain replacement qualities.

Microsoft at this point understands that it needs to churn up an effective mechanism for its Surface Pro range so that they get the opportunity to create more business opportunities. However all this is a major speculation because so far Microsoft Corporation and Samsung Group has not commented over the matter.

Hence, if this actually turns out to be true then Microsoft and Samsung will be up to explore new possibilities and growth options. Moreover, the revival of laptop tablet business will help the company bolster its revenues.
